• Is a registered, incorporated company in Canada
• Background in organizational development, safety management, safety enforcement, injury prevention and return to work;  with experience in most workplaces, including government, health care, fishing, manufacturing, retail, police, fire, construction, schools, farming, transportation, food services, maintenance, etc. 
• Available to coach you through a practical workplace safety assessment that will give your people a starting point for improvement, or a full informal audit of your safety program
• Will be your company's 'second set of eyes' ,  to work with your health and safety officer and joint occupational health and safety committee
• will actively engage your leaders and workers, on-site where they work, to understand their challenges
• Will evaluate elements of your safety program such as Health & Safety Committee effectiveness, New Hire Orientation, Workplace Inspection & Incident Investigation by participating in these activities and providing immediate feedback and tips for improvement
• Will meet with your accounting professional and managers to determine if there is potential for cost savings from improved claim management or other related business improvements
• Will provide on-going coaching  beyond initial contract if required
